Title company background not required but a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the integrity of financial flows and resources by assisting the Accounting department with
a. Searching for legal descriptions
b. Reviewing outgoing UCC-1s for completion and errors
2. Review incoming new credit applications and documents for completeness
3. Back up for scanning for Accounting, Customer Service and Credit Departments.
4. Providing account payoff statements to customers and title companies
Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
High school diploma/GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position requires intermediate levels of math and language and 2-4 years of experience with 10 key and front desk management.
10 key proficiency a must
Candidate must have strong attention to detail

This position requires the ability to operate computers and other standard office equipment, such as telephone and copier/printer.
