REPORTS TO: Accounting Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE: Primarily responsible for the administration of the install processes.
SALARY: $13/hr + full-time benefits!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires 2 years of experience in an Accounting environment. High School diploma, organized, ability to work in a fast paced office, multi-tasked, verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office preferred, and successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure all required paperwork from sales person is turned in once a job is sold.
* Complete and submit all finance paperwork required for each job. Insure all signatures and stipulation documents are received after install is complete.
* Verify Install project is complete.
* Insure any and all receiving documents are turned in by installers for any purchases made during the day.
* Insure all model number, serial number, warranty information, and club membership information is accurately recorded in SW21.
* Create all installation AR invoices and insure payment is received.
* Register all equipment and submit extended warranties with manufacturers.
* Submit utility rebates.
* Perform job costing for each install.
* Enter all invoices for equipment and material.
* Verify Purchase Orders for Subcontractors and Permits.
* Additional tasks as needed.
