Job description:
Our firm is currently looking for an experienced AP/AR full-charge bookkeeper who is a self-starter that is capable of handling multiple vendors, LLC’s, and personal account(s).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (LLCs)
* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
* Ensure that accounting, budget and audit controls and systems are in compliance with State, Federal and local rules and regulations
* Accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
* All reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
* Keeps books and accounting records of financial transactions for establishment, operating company and several LLCs
* Reconciles and balances accounts, financial reporting, light budgeting and forecasting
Minimum of 5+ years of AR/AP experience.
CANDIDATES FAMILIAR WITH BUILDERTREND A PLUS
CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED.
May lead and direct the work of one administrative assistant
Communication with management, department heads, vendors and clients
Record keeping and or filing of bills/invoices
