Accounting Manager:
Job Description and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Solid Communication and Technology Skills
Analytical Abilities
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
Preference and Compensation preferences will be for candidates with advanced credentials such as MBA, CPA, or CMA
Duties to include:
Responsible for managing the month end accounting close process achieving due date for financial reporting deadlines
Draft Internal Financial Statements for Controller and CFO review
Prepare all reconciliations of subsidiary ledgers to general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries, recurring journal entries and review and prepare all allocation journal entries
Prepare all bank reconciliations
Prepare all General Ledger account reconciliations as needed
Maintain all general ledger accounts including chart of account maintenance
Assist the Controller and CFO in all accounting reporting requirements
Assist the Controller and CFO in audit requests and reporting
