| Currently hiring an Accounting Manager.
This individual will be responsible for managing Accounting operations for all Commercial managed properties. Primary Job Functions: -Supervise and guide accounting staff members -Review and approve all month end closing entries -Handle fixed asset additions, dispositions, and depreciation -Bank and balance sheet account reconciliations -Compute sales tax, management, and other fees -Prepare financial statements and supporting reports for management -Prepare annual tenant CAM reconciliations -Assist with the preparation of annual budgets Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred; Finance also acceptable -5+ years of prior Property Management/Real Estate experience within the Commercial space -Prior supervisory level experience required (would consider a Sr Accountant with one direct report that is looking for their next career move) -Prior experience with Yardi Voyager required -Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V Look-Ups, SUM/IF) Salary: $31.25 to $38.46 /hour Job Location:
