Park Pointe Properties has a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting administrative professional. The opportunity best fits a detail-oriented self-starter – and more importantly, self-finisher – who can manage competing priorities, work without constant direction. This position is part time Monday-Friday. This position reports to the Owner.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Reconcile daily bank deposits from multiple properties and identify any discrepancies. Contact property to rectify discrepancy.
- Upload and entry of property and utility invoices in a high volume work environment.
- Research statements, purchase orders and past due balances as needed.
- Communicate professionally with internal staff regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Print and prepare vendor disbursements as necessary.
- Reconcile missing invoices with outstanding purchase orders on a monthly basis; create solutions to ensure timely receipt of vendor invoices.
- Manage vendor invoices to avoid late fees and create solutions to prevent future late fees.
- Performs month-end reconciliations and assists with month-end closing for multiple properties.
- Assists with FAS move-out refunds and proper recording.
- Monitors, troubleshoots and responds to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable – purchase orders, invoices and payments.
- Assists with additional duties as assigned by owner.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. * Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office Suite Products). * Advanced organizational skills with superior attention to detail required. * Ability to critically analyze data and work processes. * Ability to be a forward thinker and generate ideas and suggestions for process improvement. * Must work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrence
