Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
- Call on accounts in order to make collections
- Collect and process of payments
- Prepare issues and disputes to go research
- Follow up on promissory payments
- Provide invoice information to clients as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a call center environment preferred – prefer business to business collections – will accept credit card or auto collections experience
- Comfortable in a volume based driven call center environment
- High School Diploma
- Be comfortable using a computer
- Good phone skills
