We now have a competitive Acquisition Associate position available and we are looking for the best
candidate to join our team. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and negotiating under-valued properties
- Managing the process from contract to close
- Building a network of investor buyers
- Acting as a consultant to our investor clients
- Selling discounted properties in our inventory
An Acquisition Associate must have a Florida Real Estate license. Sales experience, excellent communication skills, organization, and a focus on customer service are all important traits for making this position a success. Performance-based pay structure with average first-year compensation of over $60,000 and year 3 figures of well over $100,000.
