RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You must be a self-starter
- Required to master negotiation through cold-calling and follow-ups.
- You must be organized and detail-oriented – you will be tracking and managing multiple leads and properties with tight timelines at every stage in the process
- You must be personable and able to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Follow up with prospects in a timely fashion
- Prospecting for available off-market homes to buy
- Work with CRM system and other software solutions
- Have the ability to solve problems
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
- Use MLS and proprietary sources to understand the market value of potential homes for sale
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate and acquire property from the seller
REQUIREMENTS:
- Know the Real Estate Business to shop and find the bargains
- Highly proficient phone skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent at building rapport
- Great organizational skills
- Constructive and Positive in a fast-paced work environment
- Must love people and love to have fun at work
- An innovative, “outside the box” thinker, who is undaunted by failure

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate
- Money-motivated, continuously persevering even after meeting sales goal(s)
- Must be proactive about problem-solving
- Quick learner and quick to think
- Must be able to handle rejection well and move on.
- Sales / Marketing: 2 years experience is a plus, preferably in real estate)
- Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Compensation:
It is up to YOU. At a minimum, we expect $10k+ with a normal schedule of M-F 10 am-5 pm. The more you close, the more you make; there is no cap. The potential to earn $30k+ a month is absolutely within reach.
