If you live and breathe sales, we need to talk! This is an absolutely amazing opportunity and a very niche position. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile acquisition manager who will be responsible for the conversion of sales from our inbound lead flow.
Acquisition manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the leads that come in, making calls to leads, building rapport with home sellers, and negotiating real estate wholesale deals. Managing your own follow-up campaigns and tracking closings. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with sales, real estate, and understanding the psychology of why someone would want to sell their home, and great relationship-building skills. Active listening, timeline to sell, their pain points, become relatable, and kindness is key skills we are looking for. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent deal flow that we all can benefit largely from.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with high equity homeowners, solve their problems, place the properties under contract via DocuSign.
- Deploy successful sales tactics over the phone. Our business is all Virtual, we do have a place of business in Largo, FL
- Produce valuable and engaging conversations over the phone.
- Analyze the deal structure.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience in sales, using advanced sales tactics
- Proven experience in identifying motivation and relationship building
