We seek a full-time real estate analyst with the following experience:
– Broker Price Opinions or Appraisals
– Comparative Market Analysis to determine As-Is and After Repair Value
– Estimating renovation budgets from photos
– Determining Market Rent for a single family residence
– Working with real estate terms, excel models and basic financial calculations
– Experience working in multiple geographic areas a huge plus!

Compensation and Benefits
– Base Salary plus bonus based on market production
– Health and Dental Insurance with Company contribution (beginning 60 days after employment)
