In this role you will be focused on speaking directly to home owners via inbound calls. The goal is to find their motivation, make cash offers, follow up on leads and work with your Acquisition’s Manger in getting the property under contract. Our company will provided quality weekly leads to increase sales odds.

Responsibilities:
- Taking live calls from homeowners and assisting them in making offers on homes
- Setting appointments with out Outside Agents
- Using the MLS to understand the market and make proper offers on homes
- Guiding homeowners and teaching them to the best of their ability
- Lead follow ups
Qualifications:
- Prior Sales Experience
- Must love people and love fun
- Accountable, reliable and punctual
- Effective communication skills
- Goal oriented
- Must work well under pressure

- Bi-lingual a plus
