Responsibilities
- Taking live calls from homeowners and communicating the company’s value proposition effectively
- Setting appointments between the home owner and a field agent
- Using the MLS and internal, proprietary tools to understand the market, property condition and value
- Communicating effectively with home owners and management on the value of a home and the potential equity value to the company
- NOTE: Position has potential requirement for early evenings and/or periodic weekend hours
Qualifications
Prior sales experience
Preferably Real Estate Agent, but not necessary
Must love people and love fun
Must work well under pressure
Compensation
Base Salary $30,000+ Annually
Commissions $20,000 – $50,000+ Annually
