Entry Level, Riverview and Tampa- We are looking for a competitive Customer Service – Administrative Assitant -Transaction Coordinator Representative to help our Agents identify and purchase products they desire.
Customer Service Sales assistant duties include Assisting Real Estate Agents and Customers also must be comfortable making calls for outside business. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization. Responsibilities include Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent Customer Service, Maintain outstanding Office conditions and standards, Answer the phone, Make calls to customers, and Real Estate Agents. Ascertain customers’ and Real Estate Agent needs and wants, Welcome, and greet customers & Real Estate Agents, Follow all company’s policies and procedure requirements.
We need someone that can demonstrate, proven working experience in Sales & Customer Service, Proficiency in English & Spanish, Solid communication and interpersonal skills, Customer service focus, Friendly, high energy, self-starter, helpful, confident, and engaging personality, Basic administration skills, High school degree.
