Real Estate Office experience required. Broker loading, Contract to close & MLS administration experience are required components in this position. Ability to manage multiple Social Media Platforms a necessity. Excellent phone voice, organizational, computer & clerical skills required. Maturely deal with multiple personality types. Professional attitude, appearance & demeanor expected. Must be friendly, prompt, efficient & effective in all facets of the position. Detail oriented, customer centric, & ability to multi-task is necessary. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Publisher. General Office Duties extend to ordering & restocking of Office & Cleaning Supplies.
