The Assistant to the COO plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business, supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in various functions including recruiting, sales, and general business tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
  • Create and Post Jobs on company marketing tools. IE: Indeed, Facebook Social Media
  • Maintain and manage recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

Sales Support

  • Communicate with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Send invitational emails and messages to drum up business
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics for the COO.

General Administrative Support

  • Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow up on behalf of the COO.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and client engagements.

Operations Assistance

  • Handle special projects and tasks as delegated by the COO, contributing to business growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO.

Entrepreneurial Learning & Growth

  • Actively participate in business development discussions and strategy sessions.
  • Learn directly from the COO, gaining insights into what it takes to run a successful, fast-growing company.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities as you grow within the role, contributing ideas and strategies to help scale the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
