Position Title: Student Success Specialist
Some of the Typical Duties
- Using the Phone, Chats, SMS and Email to communicate with students and instructors.
- Offering additional tools, courses and materials (commission bonuses)
- Providing Technical Support for Online Learning Portals
- Guiding Students to the Right Information
- Helping Students Understand How to Get the Most Out of Their Courses
- Organization & Management of Flow of Operations (Class Registrations, Textbook Orders, Completion Reporting)
- Adapting to Additional Needs of the Business
