This is a support role, providing general office management duties and administrative assistance to executives, project managers, and team members

We are looking for someone with experience working with dynamic teams and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is imperative. A great aptitude for applying judgement, decision making and organizational skills in a proactive manner will be part of the daily process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate administration, including using phone systems, managing calendars, meeting coordination, and event management
  • General office communications both internal and customer-facing through email, over the phone, using software-based ticketing systems, Outlook, and Slack
  • Perform project tracking and data entry through Excel and other programs
  • Familiarity with processing, interpreting invoices, and billing statements is a plus
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas for both domestic and international travel
  • Working knowledge of computers, smartphones, and tablets
  • Provide general assistance with vendor management, shipping, receiving, and procurement of inventory
  • Provide general office support including running company errands as needed, ordering office supplies, food/bev, and maintaining break area
  • Oversee parking and interact with property management
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes
  • Answer and route calls as needed
  • As this is a dynamic role, your duties may change at any time; an ability to adapt and learn quickly is vital.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to downtown Tampa
  • Ability to adapt with a fast-pace constantly changing environment
  • Ability to learn new tasks and especially new computer programs quickly and effectively
  • Willingness to be proactive and provide support to the team as needed
  • Background in telecommunications, cable, IT or accounting industry is not required but preferred
