We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a growing company. This position will require you to be organized in a variety of areas, a keen eye for details, and computer skills and willingness to learn. Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executive
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Schedule appointments / manage calendar and track important dates & deadlines
  • Planning Company events and related details
  • Handle, design workflow with Management
  • Train and supervise others in lower-level clerical staff

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
