We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a growing company. This position will require you to be organized in a variety of areas, a keen eye for details, and computer skills and willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Schedule appointments / manage calendar and track important dates & deadlines
- Planning Company events and related details
- Handle, design workflow with Management
- Train and supervise others in lower-level clerical staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
