Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support to Multiple Departments
- Filing and Management of Payables Files
- Scheduling Interviews and Preparing New Hire Paperwork
- Printing, Scanning and Assembling of Documents
- Assist Accounting Department with Processing of Deposits
- Management of Customer Records
Qualifications:
- Able to take Instruction
- Computer Skills – Word -Excel – Sheets – Calculator
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Previous Experience as Administrative Assistant
