What are we looking for?

RISC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We need someone with an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn the industry. We are looking for and administrative assistant to join our compliance team. They must be a self-starter and looking for an exciting, laid back company culture.

Job Duties

· Receive inbound phone calls

· Customer focus and assistance

· Maintain inspection schedules

· Dealing with commercial insurance

· Continuous learning and training on industry specifics

· Review customer information for accuracy

· Data review and data entry

· Review reports for accuracy and identify areas of improvement

· Administrative duties as necessary

· Maintaining a high level of accuracy

· Research and audit for up to date information

Requirements

· 3 years of data entry experience

· 3 years customer service experience

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work within a team

· Attention to detail

· Commercial insurance experience a plus
