Realogy Admin Assistant

Do you have experience as an administrative assistant working in residential real estate?  Do you thrive in a busy environment working with agents and acting as the liaison between staff and agents? This is a job with a nationally recognized leader in the Real Estate industry and looking for an Administrative Assistant with Real Estate experience to liaison between agents and staff and operations. This is temp position in Belleair Bluffs, FL. 

Responsibilities:

Work with residential real estate agents, assisting with administrative and social media marketing packages.

Assist with answering phones

Transaction management of office files to ensure all essential and applicable data is accurately entered, updated, and closed in accordance with information provided by sales associates, other parties to the sales transaction, and state and company paperwork requirements.
Manage all office administration tasks, including general office and business supply orders, equipment maintenance, maintenance of files, and overseeing general office appearance and repair issues.

General customer service, administrative tasks, answer the phone.

Skills and Experience:

One to two years residential real estate brokerage experience preferred.

Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong typing skills

Outgoing personality, willing to assist, quick learner

Employment Type:  Monday through Friday, Temp, 8:30 to 5:30 pm
