As our Administrative Assistant – Property Management, your first mission will be to come up to speed with our policies and procedures. In our start-up culture, processes are fluid and your flexibility and adaptability will be recognized and appreciated. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the Yardi property management software program as you create tenant files and lease documents, and accurately enter data about homes and tenants into the system. You’ll provide key administrative support to our property manager and leasing agents as you help create reports about rental activity in the region. Demonstrating exceptional follow through, you ensure that every “i” is dotted and “t” crossed and, with your strong organizational skills, you can juggle multiple assignments with ease. Prior experience in a real estate environment would certainly reduce your learning curve and allow you to understand the jargon and terminology within the office. You’re comfortable with computer software, including Excel and other programs in the MS Office suite, and you display uncanny accuracy in your data entry and report generation assignments.
