We are looking for an outgoing Administrative Assistant professional to join our team. Absolutely must have above average computer skills and be positive and outgoing! Must enjoy working with a busy team and also talking to customers over the phone. Our ideal candidate for this position should possess 2+ years of administrative, customer service and / or marketing support experience. Event planning experience also a plus. Administrative Assistant duties:

  • Work with a team of operations, sales and marketing professionals
  • Answer incoming sales calls from customers and vendors and handle them via excellent customer service skills
  • Process quotes, sales orders, marketing requests, etc. which entails processing paperwork efficiently
  • Special projects as assigned by the team
  • Internet research to identify leads for sales team, source new vendors, etc.
  • Entry of sales and marketing related documents in various databases
  • Create, modify and format sales and marketing documents
  • Assist with content and completion of sales and marketing presentations and packages using a variety of software
  • Type correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as directed
  • Various marketing duties such as upkeep of social media, creation of various marketing materials, etc.
  • Assist with recruiting and human resources as needed
  • Participate in event planning of company events
  • Logistics to including setting of shipping of materials
  • Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed as needed
