Job Description
I am working with a client that is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
The selected candidate will:
- Serve as the first point of contact answering the phone and face to face
- Provide regular updates and preserve the outlook calendar of office events/meetings
- Maintain daily records of projects (status updates, delays, outcomes)
- Utilize MS Word to type up correspondence and meeting agendas
- Organize and track Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
- Arrange weekly staff meetings
Job Requirements
Candidate must be able to work in a team environment but also maintain autonomy with projects. Great attention to detail is required and previous experience in a fast paced office will be a plus!
Construction industry or related field experience required!
