We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in our fast growing company. We are a successful e-commerce company with a happy team, we work hard and enjoy what we do. To be successful you will need to be focused and hard working with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Create mailing lists and print labels for fulfillment team
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Communicate with customers by email, social media messages and telephone.
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • College degree with excellent grammar skills
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be PROFICIENT using MS Excel and MS Word
  • Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram

Full Time: Monday-Friday
