We are searching for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support the needs of our leadership and their respective teams. In this role, you will ensure the organizational and administrative needs of Beach Space are met. A successful candidate will be confident in addressing multiple projects, tasks, and daily priorities in an accelerated work environment.
You will be in charge of:
- Creating a welcoming and warm environment for visitors and staff.
- Answering and directing incoming messages professionally and pleasantly.
- Processing payroll and keeping payroll records.
- Assisting in specific initiatives, including the organization of events for employees and liaison with internal and external service providers.
- Performing general administrative support work, such as executing reports, copying, archiving, faxing, etc.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Processing travel expenses.
If you have these qualifications, we would like to hear from you:
- Two years of administrative experience are required
- Successful completion of a high school diploma is required
- Professional achievements that reflect self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to perform multiple tasks is essential
- Attention to the details and organizational skills
- Must be punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
