Full Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support for daily sales center operations. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to:
- Answer incoming calls and assist the guest reception team when needed
- Actively seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the company through your daily operational support.
- Provide general support to the sales administrative and guest reception teams.
- Solve problems with your organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills.
(Schedule is 8 am – 4 pm for 5 days and includes weekends)
