We are currently looking for someone that is smart, learns quickly, handles multiple priorities, and can communicate well with everyone in the office to join our team. This Administrative Assistant position provides direct support to three shareholders and other members of management. Duties include processing of client documents, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparing correspondence, heavy scanning, scheduling and coordinating appointments, ordering supplies, answering phones, and overall administrative responsibilities. Ability to meet deadlines as requested during high pressure periods. Must be available to work overtime hours which may include weekends from late January to mid-April each year and at other peak periods as needed.

Previous experience in a CPA firm is a plus.
