A privately-own, fast growing real estate firm is looking for a part time bookkeeper and administrative assistant to assist with daily office tasks, bookkeeping, and help with business development to continue the company’s growth.

This is a part time that can convert later to a full time with the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data, data entry, generating reports, reconciliation, and some administrative and business development support . This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and collections, working with a payroll company, and conducting other tasks related to finance and general back office work. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks (Buildium will be a great addition!)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 /hour
