OVERVIEW:
Chadwell Supply is a family owned maintenance supply company. We are currently looking for a full time Warehouse Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the flow of information and sales orders between the Chadwell Supply Corporate office, customers, sales personnel, warehouse employees, and the Branch Manager. Previous administrative experience is ideal.

SALARY, SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS:
This position is Full Time, Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm, and starting pay is $13.00 per hour. This position also includes full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, disability, paid holidays off, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Employee must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Employee must be extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Female applicants must be able to work in a primarily male environment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of experience in computer operation and use is necessary.
  • Specialized training in Great Plains or SalesPad software is a plus, but experience with Microsoft Office is a must.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be capable of learning new computer software systems and adapt to an ever changing work environment.
  • Assist in the handling of cash transactions, and cash deposit creation.
  • Assist in the pick ticket and delivery ticket order process and paper flow.
  • Create will call and employee sales orders including invoicing and cash collection.
  • File important daily documents including those related to sales orders, receiving, purchase orders, packing lists, hazardous shipping papers, and safety meetings.
  • Assist in the report printing for delivery drivers and management.
  • Answer phone calls from sales personnel, customers, branch personnel and corporate employees.
  • Assist in the computer functions for processes in company operating systems such as Great Plains and SalesPad.
