ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Pay: $17/Hour and up depending on experience
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!).

OVERVIEW:
Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 15 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Administrative Assistant. THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Assist sales team with customer history and information.
- Maintain discount and pricing with customers.
- Notify management of any company changes.
- Assist in daily alerts regarding discount changes and closed accounts.
- Assist in providing reports to management and sales team using Excel.
- Assist in providing website access to corporate management contacts to access invoices and purchase history.
- Help facilitate a smooth transition to bringing on new customers.
- Assist with third party shopping list and catalog updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
- You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
