This position is within our Office and Administrative team. We are looking for someone to help support our Operations team members in the field. You will work outdoors some, organizing and setting up inventories and procedures to organize our Teams. We’re not looking for someone who just wants to get their foot in the door! We need someone whose desire it is to be a career Administrative Assistant.

This position is critical to the success of our Operations team. You will be the center of their universe. Responsibilities include:

1. Support our Teams. They will be like family. You’ll help them through the ups and downs of life challenges, motivate them through projects, and act as a resource or navigator when a team member has a question or request.

2. Develop and oversee inventory controls and procedures. Today we have none; you will be responsible to develop inventory systems and controls. That is why I want to see picture/s of your organizational skills.

3. Collect operational data—reconcile monthly expenditures as well as collect data to report team-member time tracking as it relates to projects and communicate to the Office Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Ability to balance multiple schedules and calendars
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (Intermediate level minimum)
  • Motivated by serving
  • Experience scheduling and planning
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions (Intermediate level)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks
  • Must be comfortable with problem solving and not flustered by ever-changing processes and systems
