Job Description

Position: Adm Assistant, Part-Time

Reports To: Owner

Job Overview: Support owner in daily clerical office needs and general administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle general administrative and clerical requests from owner and operations manager
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Cover receptionist during breaks, and lunch hours
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Take and retrieve messages for various team members
  • Run office errands, up to 25%
  • Follow procedures and systems within DDPM guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical/assistant work
  • Computer experience, smartphone and app experience
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to type 45 wpm with accuracy
  • Knowledge of Google calendar, sheets and docs is preferred
  • Completion of high school education
  • Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle
