Job Summary:

Immediate opening for front desk Administrative Assistant at a well-established, experienced, and respected commercial real estate and property management company. The ideal candidate should have MS Office proficiency, a professional appearance, a positive outlook, excellent phone skills, outstanding communication skills and be prepared to interact with our clients, agents, and brokers.

We are a small company that offers a high level of service in both the real-estate and property management industry. Along with sales and leasing, we provide exceptional property management services for investors, office parks, associations, multi-family & single-family residential properties, commercial and retail plazas. Responsibilities include:

Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, retrieving, opening, and sorting mail, word processing and electronic filing. Maintaining data entry requirements for accounts payable by following data program techniques and procedures. Learning Property Management software and commercial listing platforms. Basic agent/broker support by updating listings tracking spreadsheet. Monitoring lease and listing expirations. Preparing for monthly team meetings and ordering office/marketing supplies. Future book keeping responsibilities will be added.

Job Type: Part-time Hours: 12pm to 5pm Salary: $12 /hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Real Estate or Property Management experience (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Book Keeping: 1 year (Required)
