This is a Monday- Friday position with the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM located in Oldsmar.
$12 per hour and $14 per hour after 90 days!!! You are also eligible for full benefits, PTO, vacation time, holiday pay and much more after 90 days!
A very reputable company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing setting.
- Must have experience handling office administrative functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Must be able to operate a computer and use various software programs including Word, Access, Excel and Dynamics, and basic accounting software.
Essential Functions:
- Process shipping paperwork from WIP and generate invoices for sales orders.
- Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable information into accounting system.
- Contact customers and/or vendors for payment information when necessary.
- Must be able to handle multiple office tasks.
Must have a high-school diploma/ GED and be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
