Regal Hospitality Group is an established quality assurance and integrity firm. We assist Hotels and Restaurants in monitoring the operational and service levels within their facilities. Our main office is located in the Oldsmar/Westchase area. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Editor. We are looking for someone who is ready to start immediately.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
*Editing incoming agent reports (check for grammar, spelling, discrepancies, etc)
*Communicate with field agents (provide instruction and support)
*Data entry (Create report templates and visits through internal software)
*Posting and Monitoring of client jobs (accepted/unaccepted/upcoming)
*Vetting agents (New agents, specific jobs, etc)
*Monitor emails (check and reply throughout the day)
*Maintain schedule up to date
*Monitor social media accounts
*Take meeting minutes
*Assist Office Manager in day to day duties
* Ensure that all information is kept in strict confidence for both employees and company operations according to company guidelines
* Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity, as well as positively promoting company culture Requirements:
*Effective oral and written communication skills
*College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in composition writing
*Good customer service experience, common sense, multi-tasking abilities
*Reliable, organized and detail oriented
*Efficient in Word, Excel, & Adobe. as well as other related office programs.
* Strong work ethic
Requirements:
*Computer saavy
*Type at least 45 wpm
*Editing/writing background is a plus
*Must live in Tampa
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience:
- Editing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
- Administrative: 5 years (Preferred)
