Florida Commercial Care, a commercial landscape industry leader for over 25 years, is looking for a driven experienced Administrative Assist that is reliable with an excellent work ethic.
Position responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Filing and other clerical duties as assigned
- Assist managers with proposals for work
- Enter in work orders and update work order spreadsheets/ work order boards
- Prepare work orders for billing
- Update managers with information such as department hours, billing totals, etc.
Requirements and special qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Administrative experience
- Minimum 3 years- experience using QuickBooks
- Billing experience
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, including, but not limited to computer, copier, multi-line phone system
- Time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs as well as the ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar software
- Multi-tasker
- Strong written and oral communication
- Must be dependable and detail oriented
- MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE. APPLICANT WILL NEED TO SHOW ABILITIES IN INTERVIEW
