Florida Plan Advisors is an industry leading health insurance agency seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work remotely/at-home.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have exceptional time management skills and have a passion for providing superb service. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about learning and is seeking growth potential with a rapidly growing company!

We will fully train the right candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Human Resources department with interview scheduling and employee onboarding
  • Update and maintain electronic agent records and carrier appointment paperwork
  • Process application paperwork for prospective insurance agents
  • Assist with agent onboarding by sending carrier appointment links to agents

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, specifically Excel/Google Sheets and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and integrity.
  • Analytical ability: Critical Thinking and Problem-solving skills
  • Organization/time management/prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated presentation/oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
