Florida Plan Advisors is an industry leading health insurance agency seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work remotely/at-home.

We will fully train the right candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Human Resources department with interview scheduling and employee onboarding
- Update and maintain electronic agent records and carrier appointment paperwork
- Process application paperwork for prospective insurance agents
- Assist with agent onboarding by sending carrier appointment links to agents
Requirements:
- Administrative experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, specifically Excel/Google Sheets and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and integrity.
- Analytical ability: Critical Thinking and Problem-solving skills
- Organization/time management/prioritization skills
- Demonstrated presentation/oral communication skills
