Administrative Assistant/Front Office Manager (Near Downtown Clearwater)
We are looking for a competent, bright Full Time Administrative Assistant/Front Office Manager to manage and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our 25+ year established Commercial Property Management Firm. Our lovely offices are located near downtown Clearwater, on the way to Clearwater Beach.
Must have
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar role within a Real-estate related business
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Typing Spelling Setting up a document etc,)
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers)
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
* Excellent organizational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Customer service attitude & team player
* History of Job Longevity
Must have experience in an office setting for a minimum of 3 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
