About the Position The Lending Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Mortgage Loan Team, assist in processes such as preparing and creating reports, organizing and preparing for meetings, taking notes at meetings, help prepare policies and procedures, maintain production of the Branch. - Support the mortgage lending team as a main backup contact person for external clients & vendors
- Assist in researching special projects and preparing reports
- Coordinate marketing and events
- Attend mortgage meetings and assist with taking notes, follow up emails and scheduling meetings.
- Assist secondary marketing, sales, operations as needed
- Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the growth and support of the Branch
- Protect Company’s reputation and image by maintaining Borrower confidence, deliver a high level of customer service and by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

- Able to adhere to a work schedule including prompt and regular attendance including availability to work overtime occasionally
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and analytical thinking skills, customer service driven, and open to learning new ideas & new approaches to everyday issues – all in the effort to meet the clients expectations whilst staying within the integrity of our business
- Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers & ability to respond effectively to the sensitive inquiries including complaints of clients
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline driven, constantly changing work environment often on a tight schedule
- Extensive computer aptitude to include: excel, word, graphics, charts
Required Education and Experience
- Two years college preferred or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- NMLS License preferred
- Prior experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software System a plus
