You want your next step to be the right one. Herman Integration Services located in the Oldsmar area of Tampa has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our corporate office. The person selected for this key role will provide day to day administrative support to the Operations team with a heavy emphasis on booking travel for our remote workers. This role requires a high level of professionalism with strong administrative, communication and clerical skills. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Effective interpersonal skills Knowledge of general office procedures Answers telephone calls, screens/assists callers, and or direct calls to appropriate individual. Takes accurate messages. Using Concurs travel agent, arrange travel for the field technicians including hotel and rental car as needed. May requireinfrequent evening and Saturday travel booking changes. Collect and organize travel receipts and scan to individual job folder for invoice costing. Orders office supplies and tracks office supply needs, restock kitchen supplies as needed. Processes incoming and outgoing mail, generate UPS labels. Enters appointments on shared calendar Assist other members of the department with various projects and or miscellaneous duties as needed or requested
