$33,760.00 – $36,000.00 Annually $1,298.17 – $1,384.62 Bi-weekly
Position Summary
The incumbent in this position performs varied and highly responsible duties, providing administrative support to the Regional Program Supervisor of the Community Supports Workstream to include Intake/Eligibility, Pre-Enrollment/Crisis Enrollment to Waiver, Supported Employment, Supported Living and Community Outreach.
The Work You Will Do
- Complete all clerical assignments and all correspondence, telephone, mail and e-mail communication which includes answering phones for incoming calls and returning calls that are directed to the Community Resources unit and also on rotation with other AAs assigned with calls to the Agency.
- Work with pre-enrollment support coordinators to create IFS request for clients in need.
- Prepare case closures as needed and archive.
- Review and assist staff travel using the State Travel Management System and the P-Card (WORKS). Use iConnect for recording and maintaining.
- Prepare for community Outreach events (including Family Care Council) by organizing all materials needed for the event (brochures, etc.) and record all community events on designated spreadsheet and follow-up with any requests made to the Agency via contact at any event.
- Assist with large project including the annual Emergency Management Spreadsheets to make sure that all SL providers have Disaster Plans for each individual in SL and that staff contact information is updated yearly.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Two (2) years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Work and Outlook.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software programs.
Ability to:
- Manage workflow in a high-volume office setting.
Demonstrate Skills in:
- Tracking projects and assignments to completion.

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.
Background Screening Requirement
