Full Job Description
Administrative Assistant – Title Intake
Perform a variety of clerical duties involving the initiation and intake of files in support of foreclosure practice of law firm. Responsibilities include, mail processing, opening files, data entry, preparation of demand letters and guardian ad litem packages, routing title orders to the appropriate vendor; filing court documents electronically; updating vendors/clients with case status; updating case management system with corresponding information.
Education & Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
- Law office or professional services organization experience preferred but not required
