SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JMC Communities has an opening for an organized, technically proficient, multi-tasking candidate to join our sales team at Belleview Place.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Sales Consultants, including scheduling meetings, calendar management, weekly and monthly reporting, and other support as needed.
  • Performing administrative tasks including sending and receiving mail, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings and assisting with special events.
  • Completing projects and tasks assigned by Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Coordinate flow of information between sales office and corporate office.
  • Process and distribute mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Simplicity, PDF, and Outlook
  • Voucher all monthly sales payables and maintain files and records of same.
  • File and maintain all purchase agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative support position
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Professional front desk presence
  • Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
