Administrative position available –
Privately Owned CPA Firm has an Admin position available. Skills required include, answering phones, filing, social media knowledge/interaction capabilities (Facebook etc). Must have experience in all aspects of Microsoft Word and Excel. Our office is located in Grand Central District – St. Petersburg, Florida. Bookkeeping, Payroll & Quickbooks is a plus.
Job responsibilities include:
– Providing support and assistance to Manager/Owner
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls
– Ability to multi-task
– Excellent Computer skills
-Scheduling Client appointments.
-Greet clients when they come in to the office
-Scanning, Faxing
– Excellent phone, inter-personal, communication skills
– Team Player is a Must
-Other office duties.
