Property Manager Admin Assistant
Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Customer Service / Administration Specialist
Will answer phones as well as greet incoming clients and tenants within the organization.
Communicate with all internal employees including facilities staff members.
Coordinate and schedule appointments.
Must have MS office skills and Outlook Experience.
Bilingual a plus however not required.
Contract Assignment from Middle of September – Beginning of December tentatively.
Ability to train with outgoing employee for 2 weeks.
AP Experience a plus however not required.
