Administrative Assistant – Legal

As an administrative assistant on our house counsel team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars and opening new case files. Additionally, you’ll handle standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you. Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years of work experience in an administrative role
Preferred skills
- Law firm experience
- Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working with moderate guidance
