We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the owner and managers. An experienced person would excel in this position. Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Owner/Managers with Administrative Task
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Manage Online Bid Platforms
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Create/Assist with expense reports
  • Filing

Skills

  • Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel Required
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Quick Books a Plus
  • Florida Notary a Plus
